This Privacy Policy sets out how The Alannah & Madeline Foundation Limited (ACN 090 752 800) as trustee of The Alannah & Madeline Foundation (AMF, we, us and our) manages personal information collected through and in relation to our website located at www.medialiteracylab.org.au (Website).   • providing you and/or a participating child with access to the eSmart Media Literacy Lab program;
  • assessing inquiries for the provision of our services;
  • direct marketing;
  • the general management and conduct of our business; and
  • complying with our legal obligations.

  2. We may collect personal information from you through our website (including when you activate the eSmart Media Literacy Lab program for a participating child), and when you communicate with us (either by email, telephone, in writing or in person).
